Charming service awaits in this atmospheric, historic hotel. A prime location with peaceful streets, great for exploring. Cozy, albeit slightly cramped rooms, complete with good breakfast and freshly baked bread. Owners are engaging and helpful, enhancing the experience. Just be aware of limited bathroom space.

Good sleep in a comfy bed, brand-new and beautifully maintained room. Quiet ambience and great views of the town. Location - magnificent, not far from the Markt and the centre, the best restaurants, and the railway station.

The owner was so helpful and made wonderful breakfasts. We had to leave before breakfast time on the day of our departure. She had a breakfast all packed in a bag for us to take with us on the train. We thought that was very kind!!!

Charming personal service from the hosts.

The room I received was not as advertised, and I ended up with a tiny double bed despite my son's age. The attic room was cramped and poorly decorated with mismatched repairs, casting a negative shadow on our experience. I was particularly disheartened by the host's rude response to my concerns.

Peaceful and ideal location with public parking close to the hotel. A nice size rooms with down pillows.

An easy walk to the heart of the city, loved the high ceilings, Yasmine was very friendly and helpful.

Beware that there is no parking at the hotel. But there is a parking garage two blocks away that is 8,50 for 24hrs

Just a well-suited match for a weekend breather in Bruges with good value for cost. The owners were really nice, provided excellent advice on local attractions and even a map to help navigate. Pack light for the narrow staircases. They can be a bit tricky with heavy luggage.

It's so guite and it's a good place.

Variety of options for breakfast, appetising breads and cereal. Good service, brand-new a double room with very comfortable bed and all modern amenities and huge Velux windows. Central location, at walking distance from a popular central plaza.

The charming hotel is located just a short stroll from the City Hall and Basilica of the Holy Blood. The continental breakfast included some delicious fresh-baked bread that I really enjoyed. I appreciated the comfortable bed and welcoming ambiance. The breakfast area did feel a bit cramped when busy, which slightly took away from the experience.

The guy on the desk - really helpful and informative.

The manager was polite & helpful. Breakfast was very generous & service was good. The shower in the en-suite was excellent with really good water pressure.

the family room, which was booked two adults & two teenage children was quite small & equipped with two double beds (one small / short). With teenagers of different sexes, this was far from ideal!

First of all, the Hotelmanager is very nice and so kind! I'm satisfied allday with his kindness. :) Hotel Botaniek is located near the markt and burg where is very important place in Brugge. Besides I can good sleep without any disruption. I had in begien 3 times breakfast in hotel, but I can say, the meal of Hotel Botaniek is the best of best!! It was wonderful time of my life! Ganz Liebe!!!
